I had been searching for a Spyder tech that would address my "clunk when shifting" issue. My original dealer told me to trade it and purchase a new unit as it would leave me stranded. I could not accept that answer as I only had 36,000 miles on it and was going to retire soon. I was recommended to see Sean in service as he had the best of the best technicians. They contacted BRP and was instructed on how to solve the issue. It now shifts as if it were brand new. Instead of buying a new unit or spending $3500.00 to fix it, I was able to keep my bike and go into retirement as planned. Thank you very much for all your help and listening to your customer.

I was also offered the financing option which was simple and straight forward. we walked away with a beautiful Kawasaki Ninja 400cc and my daughter was very happy.

From the excellent customer care from Sean when checking in and out to Steve and the team's repair work and expert guidance make it well worth the price paid for those with a busy schedule and limited repair experience. My son has a Husky TC-85 which they performed a top end and brake service. The quality was top notch and the team also spent time out of their busy schedule to provide my son with tips and guidance on how to maintain the bike and stretch the hours between top ends. He was very appreciative given that this is his first bike and he is still learning how to keep his bike performing at its best for practice at the local MX tracks.I highly recommend servicing your bike at Motomember if you are looking for expert professional repairs and maintenance.

Tyler Clarke was great!! This is my first side by side. He explained pros and cons, about different models, and accessories.I had problems with service. The winch they installed had wire cable and I wanted the nylon. Wanted a rear view mirror. They put one on and Tyler rejected. They got a different style and Tyler rejected. The 3rd one, Tyler put on the driver side and it was perfect. One of the techs put on the passenger and it is facing almost straight down. He has the adjustment bolt so tight I cant loosen.Can you arrange for someone to come to my house and fix the mirror instead of me putting it on the trailer and driving over?Again, you have a real winner with Tyler!

My Wife and I came to Moto Member in Purcellville, VA after speaking with a friend of ours about their Can Am Spyders. We worked with Tara Claire, in your Finance Department, and had our pre-approval and order ready upon arrival. While at the dealership, which is clean, loaded with bikes, accessories and every option you would need for a complete and enjoyable riding experience, we worked with Nicole and settled on the perfect Trike for us. The trike was prepared as we worked with the great team in the accessories department and chose our helmets and communications sets. My helmet wasn't in stock but it was ordered and shipped to me, in PA, in a very timely manner and the communications set was already installed. Great service. We were able to go for a test ride with Nicole and had a great time while getting comfortable with driving the trike. Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Spyder RT we choose. We recommend Moto Member in Purcellville, VA highly and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I purchased a can am defender from another dealership not so far away under a year ago. I fell in love with the can am brand and decided I needed another can am for my farm. Well thank God I found motomember in Purcellville and in particular I am glad that I got Nicole as my sales person. Awesome dealership, inquired about a new Tracer 9 GT and not 24 hours later they gave me a call saying it was ready for pickup! This is one of the nicest motorcycle shops I've ever been to, it's sleek and modern and it's really big. The only shop I've seen that's about as nice is motorcycles of Dulles but this place is more than two times the size and has way more variety of toys!
